“Doula” literally means to serve women, and this is what I do:

I support you to make informed choices through your journey of pregnancy, labour and birth, offering emotional, spiritual, mental and physical support. I advocate for you.

I offer an intuitively-guided, tailored package that meets your individual needs and wishes.

Why do I do what I do?

I am here to help you unlock your fears and transform them into affirmations, to support autonomy in birth, as in life.

I am here to witness you, to capture your memories and provide you with sentimental reminders that last forever.

I can’t guarantee how your birth will turn out, but I can guarantee to be there for you, and in the case something doesn’t quite go as you imagined it.
