Doula Care and Birth Story Photography Package

We begin with a call, to touch base and simply connect with each other.

We have a consultation over tea or coffee to discuss your dreams, vision, birth plan, your wants and needs and thoughts and feelings.

My care is intuitively guided to support you emotionally, spiritually, mentally and physically through your pregnancy and labour, birth and postpartum.

We have : 6x 1 hour sessions in-person or via phone or video call, including at least one with your Birthing Partner

Sessions could include:

• coming into alignment with your birth team and aligning your Birth Plan,

• fear release, and emotional support

• birth options/preferences and choices and how to make the right decision for you,

• post-partum visioning and planning, create your cosy postpartum nest

I am present at your Labour and Birth from the point you consider you need some extra support, loving hands , gentle wisdom or another pair of hands until your little one is snuggled in your arms.

My Labour and Birth Support can range from:

• practical hands-on things such as keeping the birth pool warm,

• massage and touch

• mental and emotional support such as counselling and fear release.

• I bring calmness, grounding and hold sacred space for you.

I am on call for you from 38-42 weeks and during this time, you (and my daughter) are my top priority.

Postpartum sessions could include

• birth story debrief,

• magical fairy cleaning and tidying of your sacred space,

• support with other children,

• support with breastfeeding, co-sleeping, babywearing and elimination communication

• caring for you and making tea, holding your baby as you shower,

• anything you might wish for in the moment.

My care is tailored to meet your own individual needs and wishes, is intuitively guided and you will be treasured and honoured with little gifts and treats.

Optional Add Ons: maternity/family/baby photography, handcrafted herbal products or extra postpartum support.

If for some serious or predetermined reason I am unable to make it I will organise a backup doula to support you.

Birth Story Photography

• 50+ digital images delivered in an online Gallery telling the unique story of your labour and birth

• black and white and colour photos, specially edited

Pricing Starts at $2599 for both Doula Care and Photography : 50% due on booking and 50% due before your 36th week, and we can also arrange a payment plan .
